Cliftonville project: A complete electrical fit-out at Bells Motor Group HQ in Northampton, upgrading the workshop's power distribution and office's energy-efficient lighting and data systems.
The Cliftonville project underwent a significant electrical fit-out for a previously unused building that had served as a cash storage facility in Northampton. The building was initially intended to serve as a car park and a flexible, high-end space adaptable for various future purposes. Our task was to transform it into a fully functional facility that would support both automotive workshop requirements and corporate office needs.
The project involved a complete refit of the original electrical infrastructure to start from scratch, enhancing efficiency, safety, and functionality. Given the dual-purpose nature of the building, the fit-out required a customised approach to meet the distinct needs of each area. The workshop required robust power distribution systems to support heavy-duty automotive equipment, while the office spaces demanded advanced communication networks, energy-efficient solutions, and modern lighting to support seamless business operations.

To address these challenges and ensure the project's successful completion, we employed a strategic approach:
A dedicated team of experienced electricians was assembled to ensure each phase of the project was completed on time. Additional resources were mobilised as necessary to keep the project on schedule.
Before commencing, detailed planning and design were conducted to align with client requirements. We focused on creating energy-efficient lighting and power systems to minimise operational costs while achieving high performance.
Regular progress meetings were held with Bells Motor Group and other on-site contractors to ensure seamless integration of all systems. This approach facilitated quick issue resolution, maintaining smooth workflow throughout the project.
Upon completion, all installed systems underwent comprehensive testing and commissioning. This ensured the facility met all safety and performance standards, delivering a fully functional and adaptable space on time and within budget.
The Cliftonville project was successfully completed in September 2022, providing Bells Motor Group with a state-of-the-art facility that supports both workshop and office operations. Through careful planning, resource management, and collaborative efforts, we delivered a high-end electrical fit-out that aligned with the client’s vision for a versatile and premium space.
