MW Electrical Contracting was tasked with the complete electrical fit-out of Space Station’s new storage facility. The project involved installing power systems, lighting, and security infrastructure to support the smooth operation of the centre. We delivered a future-proof solution designed to handle the unique demands of a large-scale commercial storage space.
Space Station required a fully operational and secure electrical system to support the diverse needs of a commercial storage centre. The facility needed reliable power and lighting to ensure a safe and user-friendly environment, as well as a robust security system to protect assets. The challenge was to complete the installation efficiently within a tight schedule, ensuring the facility could open to customers as planned.
MW Electrical Contracting delivered a tailored electrical fit-out solution for Space Station’s new storage centre, utilising 2,933 man-hours to complete the project efficiently and to a high standard. We installed a high-capacity power distribution system that provided reliable electricity throughout the facility, ensuring that both customers and staff could operate within a safe and well-lit environment.
Energy-efficient LED lighting was installed in all areas, from storage units to office spaces, reducing the facility’s long-term operational costs while providing bright, consistent illumination. The installation of containment for security systems, including CCTV, fire alarms, and intruder alarms, ensured the facility was well-protected and ready for future security infrastructure.
In addition, our team completed the installation of a comprehensive data network, including server room setup and strategically placed data points. This allowed Space Station to manage its operations smoothly, ensuring reliable connectivity throughout the facility.
