The Harris Partnership required a comprehensive electrical system across a large-scale commercial development. Each unit needed a robust and reliable power and lighting setup, including emergency and external lighting, as well as fully compliant fire alarm systems. The challenge was to complete the installation within a tight timeframe and across a wide area while coordinating multiple elements of the project.
MW Electrical Contracting provided an efficient and tailored electrical installation solution, completing the project within 881 man-hours and staying within budget. We installed a mains distribution system capable of providing stable power to all eight units, ensuring that each commercial space was ready for tenants to move in and begin operations.
The internal power and lighting systems were designed to be energy-efficient, with LED lighting installed throughout the units to reduce long-term operational costs for future occupants. Emergency lighting was installed to comply with safety regulations, providing essential illumination in case of an emergency.
Externally, we installed power and lighting systems, including signage lighting, which helped improve the visibility of the commercial units and ensure safety in surrounding areas. The fire alarm systems were carefully installed and tested, providing full coverage and safety compliance for each unit.
